From 2004 to 2006, he worked as a trainer at RUOR. In 2006, he was a coach at the BATE-RM youth school. In 2006-08 1999-1999 - coach of the backup team of FC BATE. In 2009, he worked as the head coach of Dinamo Minsk's backup team, and in August, he was the head coach of the main team (still considered the youngest coach of a major league club - he headed Dinamo Minsk at the age of 27 years 187 days). In 2014-18 worked with the junior and youth teams of Belarus, in parallel in 2016-18. was the technical director of ABFF. Since January 3, 2019, he has been the head coach of the backup squad of FC BATE. Since January 1, 2020, he has been the head coach of the Yellow-Blues' main team. In May 2020, he led the team to his first trophy - winning the Belarusian Cup. On September 22, 2020, he parted ways with BATE. From January to August 2021, he headed the Rukh Brest, from February to June 2022 - the Latvian Liepaja. In October 2022 he returned to BATE.
Higher education. In 2009 he graduated from Belarusian State University of Physical Culture (specialty - football coach). He has a PRO category coaching license.
